Retail Terms & Conditions
Returns
If for any reason you have to return items purchased at Scotkilt our policy is as follows. If goods purchased from Scotkilt appear to be faulty we reserve the right to firstly provide you with a replacement product or repair where faulty, ONLY after goods have been replaced or repaired will we provide a refund if they still appear to be faulty. We will NOT refund goods that have been purchased and then found to be not suitable. We will however issue a credit note, to the value of goods returned to be used within Scotkilt at a later date of the customers choosing. Returns to Scotkilt must be within 7 Days, there after it will be at Scotkiltís discretion.
PRICES
Scotkilt reserves the right to vary prices, costs, fees and any other sums at any time without notice. Prices, costs, fees and any other sums charged will be those ruling at the date of the Order. Scotkiltís quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
PAYMENT TERMS
Customers can choose to make payment in full at time of order or a deposit and then pay the balance when they collect the goods, or they may choose to make a serious of payments to suit. The Customer shall make payment of the order Price in full before goods shall be allowed to be taken off Scotkiltís premises.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you have to cancel your order items, you will loose any deposit paid.
DAMAGE
We will not refund or replace items that appear to have been damaged by the buyer/customer. Scotkilt reserves the right to make this judgment.
REFUSAL
The management of SCOTKILT reserves the rights to refuse to supply without giving any reason.
CUSTOMER INDEMNITY
The Customer shall indemnify Scotkilt against all costs, claims, damages and expenses arising directly or indirectly out of the Customer breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
